1 Introduction and Definitions

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Depositing Funds

Funds can be deposited on the ek8 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly, though there may be a slight delay for bank transfers.

Withdrawing Funds

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method by which funds were deposited.
• Identity verification may be mandatory before the first withdrawal.
• ek8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

Currency and Tax

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes or duties rests entirely with the user. ek8 does not provide tax advice under any circumstances.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

Turnover Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x turnover requirement must be met. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing. Rules applicable to turnover calculations:

• Only wagers placed on games or bets will count toward the turnover.
• The turnover contribution may vary across different games.
• If the requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.

General Bonus Policy

ek8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of misuse of bonus benefits, claiming benefits from multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet Cancellation and Disputes

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening an account using a false identity or age.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat the game or betting system.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
